Being active improves our mood, sleep, confidence and is a great way of socialising! In partnership with Eleni Cymru, we’ll be focusing on this by using wellbeing and good mental health through easy movement and fun filled, interactive group exercises. Suitable for all abilities this is a fantastic opportunity for us to get moving.
