Adults Privacy Notice-

Your data will be processed by Flintshire County Council for the specific purposes of The Flintshire Learning for Wellbeing Programme, Mental Health Support Services or any alleged or proven criminal activity. The processing of your personal data is undertaken as a ‘public task’ which is a requirement of the local authority to promote the wellbeing of all individuals under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) Act 2014 and to promote the welfare and safety of Vulnerable Adults

Flintshire County Council may share your data with other local authorities, NHS, Police, other relevant third party agencies, if this is necessary to carry out its duties to promote wellbeing and welfare.

This may involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if you have resided in any country outside the EEA

Some of the information Flintshire County Council collects from you whilst providing our services is transferred to the Welsh Government on an annual basis. This is so that the Welsh Government can carry out research and statistical analysis to improve the care and support provided to people in Wales.

Flintshire County Council will retain your information for as long as you are accessing the Programme plus 1 year,as stated in Flintshire County Councils retention Schedule.
